Four Civilisations, Four Cocktails & the history of Andalusia
La Terraza de Solecio welcomes Renard for a refined cocktail experience inspired by the cultures that have shaped the soul of Andalusia. Four creations pay homage to the Phoenician, Roman, Muslim and Christian heritage through emblematic ingredients and flavours steeped in history.
From the Roman olive to the saffron and jasmine of Al-Ándalus, each cocktail is a tribute to our roots. A journey through time, served in a glass.
