The Magna Procession

This autumn the brotherhoods of Málaga will fill our streets with faith and passion, commemorating the Centenary of the Agrupación de Cofradías de la Semana Santa de Málaga. An impressively event to enjoy, whether you are religious or not.

The Malaga brotherhoods have been filling the streets of the Andalusian city with faith and passion for 100 years. For this reason, commemorating the Centenary of the Agrupación de Cofradías de la Semana Santa de Málaga, the Magna Procession will be held in Malaga in this long-awaited 2021, under the name Camino de la Gloria.

The Magna Procession will be held on October 30th. In it most of the pasos del misterio will be integrated and it pretends to be a complete evocation of the Passion. It is not an annual procession nor does it have a specific periodicity due to the great magnitude and the difficulties it involves, and this year will be even more special, after a year without celebrating the Holy Week processions.

During the Manga Procession, the main local confradias will have the opportunity to walk their faith through the city under the careful eye of locals and visitors, who are welcome to enjoy this exhibition as spectators.

Enjoy this unique event while staying at Palacio Solecio, within our exclusive location, right in the city centre. For further information about the official program, schedules and confradías, do not hesitate to contact our reception team:
